Booking


  • Can I hold an event?

    None of our properties are zoned or permitted to hold an event. Each property is licensed by the county for a specific number of guests. The maximum number of persons permitted to be on-site at any one time during the period of the rental is as specified in the Lease.

  • Do you allow dogs?

    Some properties do allow pets at our discretion. There is a pet fee determined by size of dog. This fee is not refundable. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. Guests are expected to pick up and bag all pet droppings and discard. Guests are responsible for dogs at all times and any damage they may cause. Dogs are to be crated when guests are not at home. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    This Lease may not be terminated by Guest due to weather, cancelled flights, closed travel routes, other travel delays, or the like. A 60 day notice prior to arrival is required for full refund.


Staying


  • What can I expect to find in the home?

    Our homes will have fully stocked kitchens (pots, pans, plates, silverware and glassware etc.), paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, dish detergent in quantities to get you started on your vacation.

    Free wifi and either cable, satellite TV or a smart TV


    Some properties will offer bikes, kayaks, crabbing supplies, games and puzzles

  • When is check in and check out?

    Check in is at 4:00PM and check out is at 10:00AM. We cannot offer early check in or late check out during prime season.

  • Do you offer concierge services?

Management


  • Does Flaneur handle the licensing process?

    We will take on all the necessary tasks involved in preparing the property for its short term lease. As your liaison with the county, we will handle all steps of the application process. This includes attending board meetings, sending out neighborhood notices and scheduling required inspections and environmental tests. We will be present though out process and do all of the follow up that is involved in obtaining the approval.

  • When do I have to renew my Short Term Rental License?

    Renewal occurs one year after recieving the license then continues every two years. 

  • Do you have an owners portal?

    Yes we do. We offer a full platform showing owners upcoming reservations, revenue, booking trends and so much more!
