Frequently Asked Questions

Each property allows you to inquire about reserving for specific dates. Simply fill out the required information with each property, hit inquire and one of our vacation rental specialists will promptly reach out to you directly.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Depending on the property, you will either have an assigned code for keyless entry or we will arrange key pick up.

Check in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. We are unable to offer earlier check ins or later check outs in season.

  • Our homes will have fully stocked kitchens (pots, pans, plates, silverware and glassware etc.), paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, dish detergent in quantities to get you started on your vacation.

  • Free wifi and either cable, satellite TV or a smart TV
  • Some properties will offer bikes, kayaks, crabbing supplies, games and puzzles

None of our properties are zoned or permitted to hold an event. Having more guests than property can sleep is not permitted. If you are found hosting an event your reservation will be terminated.

All our properties are non-smoking. Smoking in property results in a $500 charge.

For insurance purposes all guests must be 25 years of age excluding children accompanied by adults ages 3 and under.

Damage deposits are returned within 14 days of departure provided home is in same condition it was upon arrival.

Some properties do allow pets at our discretion. There is a pet fee determined by size of dog. This fee is not refundable. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. Guests are expected to pick up and bag all pet droppings and discard. Guests are responsible for dogs at all times and any damage they may cause. Dogs are to be crated when guests are not at home. If a guest is found to have a pet on the property without approval, guest will be asked to vacate immediately and no refunds will be given.

Our guest experience team operates 8 am – 8 pm if you have any questions or concerns. Please text or call. All numbers will be provided. If you have after hours maintenance issues (power, water, hvac) call (410) 745-8022. If you have a physical emergency for yourself or guests or fire, call 911 immediately and then our guest experience team. If it’s a maintenance issue that’s not an emergency, please forward an email to (410) 745-8022 for a “fixit” and we will will get on it ASAP.

The Owner’s property may become unavailable due to Acts of God. In this case, the owner’s liability shall be limited to the refund or rental amount only. A 60 day notice prior to arrival is required for full refund.
